By creating an account or using CreatorKeeper ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
CreatorKeeper is a business management platform for content creators, providing tools for project tracking, invoicing, contract management, client relationship management, and analytics.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
CreatorKeeper offers a 7-day free trial followed by a paid subscription. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us at hello@creatorkeeper.com within 7 days of a charge if you have a billing concern.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.
You retain full ownership of all data you input into CreatorKeeper. We do not sell your data to third parties. You may export or delete your data at any time from your account settings.
You agree not to use the Service to engage in any unlawful activity, transmit harmful content, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, or interfere with other users' use of the Service.
The CreatorKeeper platform, including its design, code, and content, is owned by CreatorKeeper and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted. Use the Service at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CreatorKeeper shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
